FlipReady Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlipReady ("FlipReady", "we", "us", or "our"), a web application that helps sports card resellers evaluate cards and create listings on eBay. By creating an account or using FlipReady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What FlipReady is

FlipReady is software that helps you estimate a card's value, score potential deals, and create and manage listings on your own eBay account. FlipReady is not a marketplace, does not buy or sell cards, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay or Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlipReady.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Connecting your eBay account

If you connect your eBay account, you authorize FlipReady to access pricing data and, where you enable it, to create listings on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your listings and for complying with eBay's policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for activity on your eBay account, or for any eBay fees, penalties, suspensions, or outcomes.

5. Estimates are not guarantees

Value estimates, comparable sales, and deal scores are informational only and are based on available data and AI. They are estimates, not guarantees of price or value, and they are not financial or investment advice. You are responsible for your own buying, pricing, and selling decisions.

6. AI-generated content

Card identification and listing text are generated using AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and correct anything before relying on it or publishing it.

7. Subscriptions and billing

FlipReady offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annual, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. We may change prices with notice, and changes apply to the next billing period.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate listing information, to comply with eBay's policies and all applicable laws, and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

9. Experimental features

Certain features, including direct eBay listing, may be offered on a beta or experimental basis and may change, break, or become unavailable.

10. Intellectual property

FlipReady and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. The card data, photos, and notes you add remain yours, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

11. Disclaimers

FlipReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipReady and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using FlipReady and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

14. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use FlipReady after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
